WALLACE & STEICHEN, INC. is a real estate consulting, appraisal, market analysis, economic and real estate service firm.  The company assists companies, institutions, public agencies and investors in selecting, acquiring, developing, managing and using real property in a wise, prudent and profitable manner.

Founded in 1981, our company has assisted clients through three real estate cycles.  We have worked in hundreds of communities in more than a dozen states.  John J. Wallace, Co-Founder and Principal, has worked on hundreds of assignments and evaluated thousands of properties during his 35 years in the real estate industry.  His experience and expertise covers a broad spectrum of real estate practices and disciplines.  Wallace & Steichen has become known for excellence, broad experience and wide-ranging capabilities in the fields of real estate consulting, site selection and acquisition, and economic and market analysis.

Today, Wallace & Steichen serves a diversified list of clients ranging from retailers and government agencies to developers and individual investors whose activities are local, regional and national in scope.
